Very pleased with my purchase, I rang up to order a 10ten 250rx I spoke to Carl he was pleasant and easily to talk to. I ordered my bike on the Tuesday and Carl over saw my purchase and due to his help my bike arrived by the Friday, very good company would recommend for all things motorbikes

My experience with funbikes has been fantastic I had a problem with my scooter that I purchased and wanted to exchange it and Vish bent over backwards to make sure this happened he is a credit to the company and I was very grateful for all his help mark

Amazing company, I received my batteries and charger for my partners e scooter earlier than expected.I won't hesitate to purchase further products from Funbikes keep up the great work ?

Purchased a dirtbike recently from funbikes and called about replacement parts.Spoke to a guy named "vish" his customer service was impeccable, told him what needed replacing and he did it within a heartbeat, talked me through the procedure and created the order for the replacement parts.Called back up today for an update to be greeted by the same guy and the same energy he had in our first conversation, he personally left his station to travel to the warehouse department to make sure the parts listed were exactly what were in the parcel for delivery.Normally I hate calling customer service departments as you are normally met with with someone with a grumpy attitude (to be expected for someone working in customer service) however like I have stated "vish" was on point, had great energy about him and went above and beyond to help me with my query.Highly recommend funbikes after my recent transaction with them and with customer service like that I will never shop anywhere else.

Spot on! Wrote a email asking about spare parts for my little girls electric dirt bike! Got back to me very quickly! Kind and very helpful! A* CARL ??

We had an issue with an order we placed. We spoke to Carl through live chat option and he resolved our issue straight away. Thanks Carl for you excellent customer service skills.

We bought a 500w electric bike in August for my 7 year old as a first bike. He's 25kg max and so well under the 60kg claim made by funbikes.Within just a handful of uses the bike started to slow down but eventually failed. Funbikes arranged a new battery but it took 2 months for the to get the correct one out to me. By now its Nov/December so the bike doesn't get used. That's 2 months of warranty wasted. Januay comes and we get a sunny day and the bike comes out. After around 20 minutes it dies. The motor is dead.To give credit funbikes sent out a new motor hence the two stars. It took 2 weeks to sort out and we are up and running again. So it's Jan / Feb and the bike isn't getting used as its minus 5 and raining. April comes and the weather is getting better. So out comes the bike, it lasts 30 mins and again its making horrific noises. The motor we were given is out of its 30 day warranty and so funbikes don't want to know. I understand that parts have warranty but to offer just 30 days on a motor is pathetic, especially on a toy that on average use will be out for 1 days weekend. I estimate this motor to have ran for less than 1 hour carrying a complete novice 25 kg child. It shouldn't have failed already. So in our 8 months of ownership over the winter months with minimal use, it's gone through a battery (£200) and 2 motors (£70 each) meaning its been out of action for over 2 months, 2 months warranty lost. Funbikes are great whilst you're in warranty but once you're out of they couldn't care less. Life time support is great, yes you need to constantly buy spare parts from us......yes its broken again. I thought 400 was a decent price to pay but with 8 months of nothing but failures, disappointment for my son and the hassle of chasing up the parts I wish I hadnt bothered. I don't think I'd be too far off if I average the cost of this bike as £40 per ride.I've learned my lesson and won't be ordering anything from them again. If any one needs spares I've got a motor less bike here.**update**I was offered £15 off a £70 motor, but as the last one has probably lasted an hour I'm reluctant to buy another from them. With the constant repairs and unavailability of the bike as its broken I don't want to waste another penny on it. So no they aren't sorting things out at all.

Great service all round very easy to order parts will always use funbikes

I would give them 0 stars but unfortunately can’t, I ordered a bike just a few days after Christmas and was told it would be delivered January the 26th, cool no problem. Just before the 26th they messaged me to say that they had delayed the order until March. March came and they emailed again to say that it had been delayed until may, I have emailed them saying how disgusted I am in the customer service weather we are in a lock down or not, if I was told I would be waiting nearly 6 months for a birthday present for my nephew I’d of got him something else, honestly the worst site I’ve ever ordered off. Still waiting for it now and has been fully paid for 29th December last year

Dan from parts was very helpful. I have a CRF 50 and he very patiently talked me through whether i could covert it to use as a supermoto. He Could have just taken my money but didn’t and explained that it would be quite costly to do so and better of re thinking whether its worth doing a CRF 50 conversion

Jack was so helpful carnt thank him anuff thanks fun bikes ??

DISCUSTING. I am Disabled and I wanted a scooter that I could take 'off road' on nature walks with my family and friends. I travelled over 2 hours to the shop so I could see the scooters. I arrived and they said I couldn't test drive any of them which in hindsite is very strange. At the time I didn't think anything of it. (Guess looking back they are worried that one might break down in the car park) So I returned home having made a purchase of nearly £500. The 4th time I used the chaos scooter on a track was with my brother he was walking beside me. He said "What's that smell!" so we checked the scooter out and it was coming from the side of the bike which later learnt it was the motor. My brother had to push the scooter back to my car which was 4 miles and walk 4 miles back to me with my wheel chair. I was left on my own waiting. I phoned the company and I explained which bit was smoking (yes literally SMOKING) I spoke to the service department he diagnosed it as needing a new motor. So I said I've only used it FOUR times. He said "the parts they put on these bikes are cheap and they import them from China" I said I will take this matter further. He wanted to charge me £70 for another motor plus fitting. I wrote hand written letters to their complaints address and I've had no reply in writing I did have a reply via email responding that it was out of warranty and they would not help me. I wrote back that I was within my writes to take legal action as under the
Under the Consumer Rights Act.
They did not respond after this. I have telephoned trading standards and they will be helping me follow this up. I have never written a review before as I've never needed to. Please hear me when I say DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I cannot say that loud enough. This experience has affected me on a deeper level being disabled leaves you vulnerable in so many ways but being taken advantage of and being treated unfairly is something nobody should have to go through. I am left with a faulty scooter and out of pocket. I have to start saving from scratch to buy something decent from a reputable company. I really hope funbikes gets shut down. Absolutely discustisting company. I can't click 0 stars. Having to click 1 so this review submits. They don't even deserve 1 star.
